Corrections, especially

If a specification, a code reference or a figure on this site is wrong, please tell us. We check the claim against the source, correct the page if you are right, and update the page’s modified date when the content actually changes. Our editorial policy sets out exactly what happens to a correction.

What we cannot help with

We are a publisher, not a plumbing company. We do not install water heaters, we do not quote jobs, we do not operate anywhere, and we cannot diagnose a specific unit remotely. For an install or a repair you need a licensed plumber in your area.

We also cannot process warranty claims or order parts — those go to the manufacturer, and every brand page on this site links the manufacturer’s own documentation for exactly that reason.
